By purchasing the ISA Malang 2.0 2024 ticket, the purchaser automatically agrees to all the following terms and conditions.


General Information

Organizing an event that everyone enjoys is a task in itself, and doing that while following University of Guelph guidelines makes it even harder. We have tried to create an event that everyone would love while making sure we follow all the regulations. Following is a list that goes over some of the safety and general information that you must accept to get entry into the Diwali Night event!

Verification

At the ISA Malang 2.0 2024 event, you maybe be asked to provide proof of identity. A University of Guelph Student card will be considered as a valid ID. No Digital ID/Proof will be considered valid. You may also be asked to show payment proof if needed!

You will receive a receive your confirmation email within 48-72 hours of purchasing the ticket! (This email will basically confirm you purchased a ticket). If you have not received your confirmation email within 72 hours, please send us an email at contact@isaguelph.ca with your Legal Name and UofG email, along with the proof of payment.

Please note, you will receive your ticket for the event by 21st March 2024, 11:59 pm or after the ticket sales have closed (sold out).


Payments and Tickets

The ticket may be purchased through two methods. Online or at the In-Person ticket sales. For in person ticket sales, you will be able to purchase your ticket at $25 per ticket. For online ticket sales, you will be charged $1.25 extra due to Online Payment Processing Fees. Therefore, the online ticket’s will be sold at $26.25.

Each person must purchase their own ticket. Tickets are Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable.
